Dr. Julieta Peralta Arambulo, obtained her Medical degree from Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in 1983 . She is a board certified dermatologist and hair transplant surgeon : a Diplomate of Philippine Board of Dermatology 1989,  Fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society 1992, the first and only Filipino Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (2014) ;  Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (2019),Member, Asian Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons 2011, President  and Founder of Asian Hair Restoration Center. Currently, she is the section Head of  Dermatology, Head of Hair Transplant Service of the The Medical City Wellness and Aesthetic Center. She attends  yearly scientific meetings and workshops worldwide to update herself with the new developments and techniques in hair restoration surgery .

Dr. Julieta Peralta Arambulo does  the 3 techniques in hair transplant procedure: namely Strip FUT Surgery (FUSS) , Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Body Hair Transplant ( BHT) techniques  with authentic  results  . She lectures here and abroad  about her experience on  the art of hair transplant among Filipinos . A contributing author, on  Eyebrow Transplantation   in  Asian Hair Transplantation  textbook  ,her  favourite topic to lecture is  Eyebrow Transplant  by FUE technique which she finds difficult and challenging to produce a natural result

Dr. Arambulo joins the ISHRS in initiating the Black Market Awareness Campaign to stop illegal practices in hair transplant .

This year 2021 her biggest contribution as a hair transplant surgeon, is to serve as one of the ABHRS board examiners  and a member of the  ISHRS PRO BONO Committee.
